Terms / Guarantee:  If you are reserving an animal for more than one week, a non-refundable deposit must be made of half the advertised or previously agreed upon amount is expected. We only sell our bearded dragons when they are doing well and are healthy. We make sure while they are in our possession, before they go into new homes, that they are housed and cared for properly. We are not responsible for dragons that were not signed for and left on a doorstep, so we recommend being home when it is delivered. If the dragon is delivered when no one is home, we must void our guarantee.  We reserve the right to delay shipping based on weather conditions. Someone must be present to receive the animal and signed receipt will be required. All orders are shipped via UPS, FED EX, or Airborne Express next day air. We guarantee live arrival only when these conditions are met. All individual hatchlings are at least 4 weeks old  before shipping unless stated otherwise. All animals for sale are guaranteed to be healthy, established eaters free of parasites. All animals sold are guaranteed healthy for 25 days. If there is a problem with your animal please contact us immediately. If you happen to receive a DOA, we must be contacted within 6 hours of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send you a replacement. If the animal dies within the guaranteed time period, we may ask you to send the body back and will determine if the money should be refunded (ONLY guarantee against genetic defects and problems that we may have caused while the babies are in our care, NOT customer husbandry issues. If you are not available for delivery of the animal for any reason - the live guarantee is void due to negligence on your part. We do not refund shipping charges. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we can either refund your money or make an exchange until you are satisfied to our discretion. If returning an animal, the customer must make arrangements to do so within the gaurantee time.  Although we will make every effort to accurately sex the dragons, we cannot guarantee gender for hatchlings. We can show you pictures of the babies, adults, and holdbacks to show what color they may grow in to, but we cannot guarantee the color of the dragons, although we have great bloodlines. We usually never accept trades unless stated otherwise, and in trades we do not ship first.
